Framing Progress – Structural Work Underway
A look at our framing progress on site — where the structure comes to life and the layout becomes real. Precision at this stage sets the foundation for everything that follows.
Framing in Progress: Bringing the Structure to Life
One of the most exciting milestones in any construction project is framing. This is the stage where the home truly begins to take shape — walls go up, rooms become visible, and the design moves from plans on paper to a real, walkable structure.
At this point in the process, the foundation work has been completed and approved, underground utilities are in place, and we’re now focused on building the structural framework of the home. Framing establishes the skeleton of the building, including exterior walls, interior partitions, floors, and roof systems. Accuracy here is critical, as everything that follows — mechanical, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, and finishes — relies on this structure being built correctly.
During framing, our team works closely with structural plans and engineering details to ensure:
Proper load paths and structural integrity
Accurate room dimensions and ceiling heights
Correct placement of openings for doors, windows, and large spans
Coordination with future MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems
This phase also allows homeowners and designers to physically walk through the space for the first time. It’s often when adjustments are identified early — before they become costly — which is why careful planning and communication are so important.
We’re proud of the craftsmanship and coordination happening on site and look forward to continuing the momentum as we move toward the next phases of construction.
Stay tuned for more updates as this project progresses.
